Family Workshop: Radio Sound Effects

Don’t touch that dial! In this fun-filled family workshop, kids and parents will explore the medium of radio by providing the voices and sounds effects in a WWII radio play. Games and activities include learning how to make real radio sound effects and listening to famous WWII-era radio broadcasts before becoming part of the cast in an original WWII radio drama. Come discover how radio can be even more fun and creative than TV. Workshops are designed for children ages 8 – 12. Pre-registration is required for workshops.
