Garden to Glass: Take Flight
US Freedom Pavilion: The Boeing Center

Join The National WWII Museum, the New Orleans Food Policy Action Council’s Eat Local Challenge, and The American Sector Restaurant & Bar to celebrate the season of eating locally at our annual Garden to Glass event!

Sample garden-fresh drinks, learn how to make them at home, and vote for your favorites as area distillers and bars compete to create the best cocktails using local ingredients. Each original cocktail will be inspired by WWII victory gardens and this year’s theme, Take Flight, a nod to the Museum’s US Freedom Pavilion: The Boeing Center, which is home to six soaring, fully restored WWII warbirds.

Keeping with the theme, The American Sector Restaurant & Bar will serve garden-fresh fare made with local ingredients.

Pricing:

  • Museum Members, Eat Local Challengers, and Master Gardeners: $25
  • Nonmembers: $30
  • Designated Driver: $15

Tickets must be purchased in advance and will sell out fast! General admission includes unlimited cocktail samples and food. Designated Driver tickets do not include cocktail samples, but include food and free parking in the Museum’s garage.
