Memorial Day at The National WWII Museum

Join us for a day of solemn remembrance of those who paid the ultimate price for their country. Current military members are admitted FREE for the day to the Museum galleries. Read below for a full look at the day's programming. NOTE: Free admission is for servicemembers only and does not include family or friends. Free admission is for Museum only; ticket purchase is required for Beyond All Boundaries and Final Mission: USS Tang Submarine Experience ($7 each). If you have any ticketing questions, please visit the Guest Services desk. Schedule of Events: The National WWII Museum hosts an in-person ceremony honoring the families of the fallen. 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.—Knit Your Bit Veterans visiting the Museum have the opportunity to collect a scarf as a part of our Knit Your Bit initiative, with over 10,000 knitters and crocheters participating throughout all 50 states. 1:00 p.m.—Victory Belles Show The music of the 1940s brought hope and joy to our GIs and those on the Home Front alike—and the Victory Belles keep that tradition alive in rich, three-part harmony. Their repertoire includes all the treasured gems of the WWII era plus patriotic classics including a musical salute to each branch of the US armed forces. Date:
