The National WWII Museum presents "Drafts for Crafts"
US Freedom Pavilion: The Boeing Center | Colonel Battle Barksdale Parade Ground

DRAFTS FOR CRAFTS TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE DOOR — ONLINE TICKET SALES ARE NOW CLOSED

The National WWII Museum is pleased to announce the launch of the first annual Drafts for Crafts, an exciting new fundraising event benefiting the works of Operation Restoration, a committee of young professionals whose mission is to support the restoration and preservation of priceless WWII artifacts.

Drafts for Crafts, set against the majestic backdrop of the US Freedom Pavilion: The Boeing Center and the Colonel Battle Barksdale Parade Ground, will feature beer, wine and specialty cocktails provided by local mixologists along with food from local restaurants and live entertainment. The proceeds from the evening will help restore and preserve Operation Restoration’s inaugural project, The PT-305, an extraordinary World War II New Orleans-built patrol and torpedo craft that will become fully operational and seaworthy in 2015 and play an important role in sharing the stories of World War II with future generations.

NOTE: Tickets include food and beverage.

Come early to view the PT-305 boat during the Open House from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm at The Kushner Restoration Pavilion.
