Museum Member Rates:

• All Access Pass — $700 per person (per person conference only without accommodation)

Please note: Attendees traveling with companions who are not participating in the conference but sharing accommodations will pay the single occupancy rate.

Inclusions: Conference and hotel combo packages include lodging accommodations for three nights, two continental breakfasts (Friday and Saturday), box lunch Friday and Saturday, Thursday welcome reception, Friday Meet the Speakers reception and Saturday gala closing banquet, beverages with meals, and access to all receptions and lectures. Lectures are conducted by leading historians, authors, educators, and WWII veterans. All Access Passes include everything mentioned in inclusions except lodging accommodations. All conference passes include complimentary admission to the National WWII Museum November 16–20, 2016, and one (1) complimentary viewing of the 4D movie Beyond All Boundaries.

Because our cancellation policies are strictly enforced, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. We also highly recommend that participants purchase a travel insurance package that provides medical coverage overseas since many U.S. health insurance policies do not provide medical coverage outside the United States. Many travel insurance policies will waive pre-existing conditions for travelers purchasing insurance within 21 days of booking a tour.
