A. Patriots Circle Member recognition updated once annually and reflects giving level from previous fiscal year (July 1 through June 30).
B. Use of the Louis Armstrong Private Dining Room in the American Sector Restaurant & Bar based on availability. Order from The American Sector Restaurant & Bar or catering through Sodexco. Minimum of six and maximum of 26 guests per booking. Service charge of 22 percent added to ticket. No outside food or beverages.
Use of the Ste. Mère Église Private Dining Room in The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center based on availability. Order from The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center menu or catering through The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center. Minimum of six and maximum of 20 guests per booking. Service charge of 22 percent added to ticket. No outside food or beverages.
C. Patriots Circle Members who visit the Museum must report the Front Desk of The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center and present an active Patriots Circle Membership Card for admission. Access granted based on availability.
D. Excludes the International Conference on World War II, symposia, and programming from the Jenny Craig Institute for the Study of War and Democracy.
E. Complimentary VIP docent tours based on availability. Tours must be requested a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. Blackout dates apply from December 26 through January 2 and the week of the Museum’s annual American Spirit Awards. Additional blackout dates for complimentary docent tours may apply throughout the year. Limit of six persons per docent tour.
